The accolades of the young exceptional pianist carry her along like a wave full of praise and acknowledgement. Piano miracle, new star on the piano horizon, young key lion are just a few descriptions which the young and very gifted artist can be proud of.

Caroline Fischer received her first piano lessons from her mother when she was three years old. At the age of nine, she enrolled at the Julius Stern Institute for very gifted students at the University of Arts Berlin as a young student. When she was only 16, she began her studies at the Academy of Music „Hanns Eisler“ Berlin, Germany. Caroline studied also at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim, Germany, the Geneva University of Music Switzerland, the Norwegian Academy of Music Oslo with the professors Pascal Devoyon, Paul Dan, Georg Sava, Ulrich Eisenlohr and Einar Steen-Nøkleberg. She completed all eight of her degrees (7 Diplomas, 1 Master’s degree) with outstanding achievement: Diplom-Künstlerische Ausbildung (artistic studies), Diplom-Klavierpädagogin  (piano teacher/lecturer), Diplom-Kammermusik, Diplom-Liedgestal- tung (chamber music and song interpretation), Master in Music Performance (solo piano), Diplom-Solistische Ausbildung/Konzertexamen (concert exam) and Diplôme de soliste. She participated in international masterclasses and received further artistic influence from Hanns Leygraf, Karl-Heinz Kämmerling, Bernard Ringeissen, Paul Badura-Skoda and Ferenc Rados. In addition to her musical career, Caroline studied cultural and media management at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre and passed her eighth diploma with distinction.

Caroline Fischer has won 38 prizes and awards, including several first prizes, gold medals and audience awards in national and international competitions on many occasions, inter alia in the “Jugend musiziert” Competition on regional, state and national level, International Steinway Piano Competition Berlin, International Queen Sophie Charlotte Competition,  International Competition for Young People Berlin, Köster Classic Award in cooperation with Klassik Radio Hamburg, Lions Club Mannheim Quadrate Music Competition „Lions fördern junge Künstler“, Vienna Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition 2015, American Protégé International Concerto Competition 2016, On Stage International Classical Music Competition and in international piano competitions in the Czech Republic and in Munich. She was awarded with the Classic Superstar Award after a performance in the Konzerthaus Berlin.

Caroline is a scholar of the Gerda and Luigi Pradé Foundation, the Hans and Eugenia Jütting Foundation, the PE-Förderkreis, the Franz Grothe Foundation, the Gotthard Schierse Foundation, the Akademie der Künste Foundation Berlin, the Kölner Gymnasial- and Stiftungsfonds, the Ottilie Selbach Redslob Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the Lutz – E. Adolf Foundation for very gifted students and Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Berlin and has received a total of 16 scholarships.

Among the numerous successful concerts this artist has already given, both nationally and internationally (Europe, Asia, South America and the USA), mention should be made of concerts with the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Korean Chamber Ensemble, the Philharmonic Orchestra Bad Reichenhall, the New Symphony Orchestra Berlin, the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, the Baden-Baden Philharmonic Orchestra, Orquesta de Cámara de Valdivia, the Orchestra of the Geneva University of Music and the New Philharmonie Westphalia, benefit concerts in aid of children from Sarajevo and Kobe, German Heart Foundation Berlin, School for Life, concerts at festivals, inter alia at the International Steinway Piano Festival, the International Music Festival Berlin-Mirow, the Beethoven-Festival Bangkok, Korean Festival Seoul, at the EXPO Hanover and Yeosu, the ANUGA Cologne, THAIFEX Bangkok, the Schleswig Holstein-Music Festival, as well as several piano recitals in South Korea, Russia, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Mongolia, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, China, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, Brunei, Singapore, Thailand, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Chile, Brazil and Austria. The exceptional pianist has given concerts also in the Philharmonie Berlin, Konzerthaus Berlin, Carnegie Hall New York, Seoul Arts Center, Musikhalle Hamburg, Konzerthalle Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach Frankfurt (Oder), Gumho Art Hall Seoul, Beijing Forbidden City Concert Hall, Shenzhen Concert Hall, Xinghai Concert Hall, Woori Financial Art Hall Seoul, National Theatre Bangkok, Thailand Cultural Centre, Teatro Municipal de Las Condes Chile, Teatro Nacional de Costa Rica, Ruhrfestspielhaus Recklinghausen, Theater Wolfsburg, Wiener Musikverein, Wiener Konzerthaus. In 2012 she was on a concert tour in East Asia for five weeks and gave several succesful piano recitals in China, Japan and South Korea. Caroline was the only German classical artist, who represented Germany at the EXPO Yeosu, South Korea. And in 2013 she gave concerts in South East Asia including Laos, Malaysia, Brunei and Thailand. In 2014 Caroline was on a concert tour in Germany, Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand and in 2015 she gave several succesful concerts in Brunei, Thailand, Laos and Austria. The highlights in 2016 included performances in the Carnegie Hall New York, Singapore, Thailand, a concert tour in Chile and Brazil and two CD recordings. In 2017 she was again on concert tour in South America (Costa Rica, Panama, Chile).

Caroline Fischer gave concerts during the state visits of the former German Federal President Roman Herzog to the Republic of Korea and Mongolia and appeared on numerous occasions in „Bellevue“ castle Berlin, which is the official residence of the  German Federal President. She was playing a concert for the former Federal Chancellor Helmut Kohl and Dr. Hannelore Kohl, who was awarded with the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany and gave also a piano recital in the presence of the Federal Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel, Dr. Hans-Gert Pöttering former President of the European Parliament, Prof. Dr. Bernhard Vogel former Federal Prime Minister and Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert president of the German Bundestag. Her „Debut CD – Caroline Fischer piano“ (2006), her second CD „Lisztomagia“ (2009) as well as her third „Pearls of Classical Music“ (2017) and fourth album „Piano Passion“ (2017) were released by the Leipzig label Genuin classics and were recorded in the Gewandhaus Leipzig, Germany.

She has been a jury member in international music competitions and gives regularly masterclasses in Europe, Asia and South America. Besides her active performing career, Ms Fischer is the chairwoman of the Kulturclub Berlin e.V. (since 2008) ,, which promotes the cultural dialog and understanding among nations and organizes several cultural events in Berlin. From 2010-2013 she was the assistent piano teacher to Prof. Einar Steen-Nøkleberg at the Norwegian Academy of Music Oslo and was appointed youngest „visiting artist“ at the Chulalongkorn University Bangkok.
